Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
New subscribers are eligible for our 21-Day Promise. If you complete onboarding and don't feel more organized within the first 21 days, contact us for a full refund.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.
You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
You may export your data at any time through our platform's export functionality.
The Ascend RE platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Our Services may integrate with third-party applications. Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend RE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascend RE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
